User Accounts

Registration

Appointment Policies

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients in need.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to pay a deposit for future appointments or restriction of online booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time for your treatment and to respect other patients' appointments.

Emergency Appointments

For dental emergencies, please call our clinic directly. We make every effort to accommodate emergency cases on the same day.

Payment Terms

Fees and Charges

Service fees are displayed on our website and provided during consultations. Fees may vary based on the complexity of treatment and materials used. We will provide a treatment estimate before proceeding with any significant procedures.

Payment Plans

For extensive treatments, we offer payment plans subject to approval. Payment plan terms will be provided in a separate agreement. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of treatment until the account is brought current.

Insurance

We work with various insurance providers. Please provide your insurance information at the time of booking. We will assist with claim submissions, but you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance.

Medical Disclaimer

Not Emergency Services

Our website and online services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a dental emergency outside our operating hours, please visit the nearest hospital emergency department or call emergency services.
